1:1 Coaching is our ongoing relationship with our clients before, during, and after their learning journey with ManagingCX.

Our methodology combines the practices of Coaching and Consulting referred to as CoachSulting and sessions are tailored to the client’s specific personal and professional development needs that entail a mix of coaching, training, and advice as directed by the client and their learning preferences.

Your Coach:

Anita Siassios, founder of ManagingCX is a certified professional coach with the World Coaching Institute and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Our coaching is conducted in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics and clients will be required to sign a coaching agreement before commencing coaching.

Anita Siassios holds various certifications in the Customer Experience Program, Product and Privacy Management including the first prestigious Experience Economy Expert in Australia CEEE mentored by the great Joseph Pine and Jim Gilmore.

Anita has led Customer Experience Transformation programs for over 30 years at Fortune’s top 20 Australian financial multinational institutions holding various roles across APAC specialising in Customer Experience Management, Operational Excellence, Technology, and Privacy fields.

Anita’s growth and passion are centered around helping people and communities grow and currently serves on the following boards and committee positions.
